Chauncey’s work on Cucina Italiana: Lezioni di Cucina al Colorado College began during a trip to Italy in the summer of 2019. Over the course of six weeks, Chauncey photographed (and ate) his way through the entirety of a cookbook written by Chefs Domenico and Antonella Santacroce. The Santacroces own and operate hotels in Sulmona, Abruzzo and announced the book’s release in 2021.
